Welcome to Knovilla, an educational quiz and assessment platform developed by ATP Game Studio.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Knovilla, including its quiz features, assessment tools, game modes, multiplayer features, and other services made available through the platform.

By accessing or using Knovilla, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. About Knovilla

Knovilla provides educational practice and assessment experiences for students and tools that may assist examiners and teachers with assessment and grading.

Knovilla currently provides content across areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics, with learning levels ranging from primary education through university-level study.

Knovilla may introduce additional subjects, educational features, question formats, examination styles, and other functionality in the future.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Some Knovilla features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login information reasonably secure.

Knovilla may also provide guest access. Guest accounts may have different functionality or limitations from registered accounts.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Do not knowingly share your account credentials or allow another person to use your account in a way that could compromise your account or other users.

4. Student and Examiner Use

Students may use Knovilla to practise questions, take quizzes, review performance, and participate in available game modes.

Examiners and teachers may use available assessment and grading features to review and grade student submissions.

Users are responsible for using assessment and grading features honestly and appropriately. Knovilla should not be used to deliberately manipulate, falsify, or misrepresent another user's academic performance.

5. Educational and Exam-Style Content

Knovilla may provide question sets designed to resemble the style or difficulty of recognized examinations, including Common Entrance and WAEC-style practice.

Such material is provided for educational practice and preparation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Knovilla is not an official examination body and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any examination organization.

Examination names and references may be used to describe the type of preparation or question style being provided.

6. Quiz Results and Assessment

Quiz scores, grades, rankings, progress information, and other assessment results are provided for educational and informational purposes.

While we aim to provide accurate questions, answers, scoring, and assessment functionality, Knovilla does not guarantee that every item or result will always be free from errors.

Knovilla should not be treated as a substitute for official examination results, institutional records, or decisions made by qualified educational authorities.

7. Multiplayer and Game Modes

Knovilla may provide pass-and-play, local Wi-Fi, and online multiplayer game modes.

Multiplayer features may involve transmitting information such as usernames, room information, answers, scores, and game status to other participants and to the systems required to operate the multiplayer session.

You agree not to intentionally disrupt multiplayer sessions, interfere with another player's experience, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or attempt to manipulate scores or game state.

8. Acceptable Use

When using Knovilla, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Knovilla or its systems.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service.
• Attempt to manipulate scores, results, rankings, or assessment records through unauthorized means.
• Use automated methods to abuse or overload the service.
• Upload, submit, or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or intended to harm other users.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity for the purpose of misleading other users.
• Attempt to discover, extract, copy, or exploit private data belonging to other users.

9. Intellectual Property

Knovilla's software, interface, branding, graphics, logos, original written material, and other original components are owned by or licensed to ATP Game Studio unless otherwise stated.

The Knovilla name, branding, and associated visual identity may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used in a way that suggests unauthorized affiliation with Knovilla or ATP Game Studio.

Users may use Knovilla's educational content for its intended educational purpose but may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit Knovilla content without appropriate permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Knovilla may rely on third-party infrastructure or services to operate parts of the platform, such as hosting, databases, networking, authentication, or future advertising services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, and requirements. Your use of those services through Knovilla may therefore be subject to their applicable terms and policies.

We aim to keep Knovilla available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Users may also stop using Knovilla or use the available account deletion mechanism where applicable.

Knovilla is provided as an educational and assessment service. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful content, we do not guarantee that the service, questions, answers, explanations, scores, or other information will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.

Users should exercise appropriate judgment when relying on educational information provided through the platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATP Game Studio will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from your use of Knovilla where such losses result from circumstances outside our reasonable control, interruptions of service, third-party services, user actions, or reliance on educational or assessment information provided through the platform.
